A creative dance movement class designed for people living with long-term health conditions. The class has clear rhythms and paces for improving mobility and strength. Clients are encouraged to overcome perceived barriers to movement and develop coordination, flexibility and balance.
There is an emphasis on building confidence and reducing the fear of falling by focusing on movement flow and body awareness.
